    I really like the article on being in a new church. Some people may be visiting, others may be looking for a church home; either way, it’s important to make them feel welcome.

    I am very grateful that you are not as thin-skinned as Thom Ranier professes to be! If you’ve opened yourself up to criticism, at least now your critics will have some questions to ask themselves first. Number 6 is always the most difficult one for me to answer~

    Teri, I agree that number 6 is the most difficult. It is also important to make people feel welcome. Somehow it has to be done in a way that doesn’t feel like desperation on the part of the church. BTW, it was good seeing you several weeks ago. Greet the Old Man for me.
